  1. $2,850,000 to build a new fire department in Barnwell.
  2. $4,500,000 to renovate the old Allendale C.V. Bing High School into a county multipurpose complex for law enforcement, health services, etc.
  3. $2,000,000 to build a new town hall in Blackville.
  4. $1,800,000 to build a new multipurpose recreation and senior citizens building in Springfield.
  5. $1,500,000 to build a new fire station in the St. Mark community in Allendale County.
  6. $620,000 to the Allendale County Sheriff’s Department to purchase 10 new cars, new cameras, etc.
  7. $500,000 to build a new Department of Social Services building in Allendale County. A second allocation of $500,000 to complete the project.
  8. $450,000 to build the Allendale-Fairfax High School track field.
  9. $50,000 funding for the Smart Box organization to feed underprivileged children.
  10. $100,000 to build the Barnwell County Veterans Park located adjacent to the Barnwell County Airport.
  11. $350,000 to build a new police department in Fairfax.
  12. $300,000 to build a new police department for City of Barnwell.
  13. $325,000 to Allendale County senior citizens building renovations and a walking trail.
  14. $300,000 to build the multipurpose senior citizens building in Fairfax (currently pending completion).
  15. $100,000 to refurbish five (5) cabins at the Barnwell County State Park in Blackville and playground equipment for children.
  16. $100,000 to the Barnwell County Library.
  17. $100,000 to replace the roof on the Barnwell County Courthouse and to redo the restrooms.
  18. $500,000 to remove a budget deficit from previous administrations in Norway, S.C.
  19. $25,000 for the African American Heritage Foundation.
  20. $28,000 grant secured for the Town of Kline recreational field.
  21. $100,000 to build a recreation building in Williston (to be repurposed).
  22. $100,000 to demolish the old log cabin building in Fairfax.
  23. $100,000 to regrow the greenery on the Sweetwater Country Club golf course (a non-profit golf course) for everyone and also a place to negotiate new jobs to the county.
  24. $300,000 to purchase new equipment and replant the grass at the Sweetwater Country Club.
  25. $105,000,000 to improve public education and build the new Barnwell County High School.
